Even though some white people treated him badly he still helped everyone he helped all races. He did not care for money he just wanted to help mankind. If it was not for him the soil in virginia right now would be so bad you could not grow a catus in it. like this soil (on The right) of course this is an overexageration becuase that soil is martian soil.
